Asuu constant strike: A post mortem

Asuu strikes have become a quintessential aspect of life as a student, can't blame it,just one of those quirks of democracy, which gives everybody, even a union with a member of five, power of expression, and asuu's medium of expressing this freedom is the incessant non ending strikes.

They do not take into considerations, the repercussions of embarking on strikes, its effects on students, the varsity system and even the credulity of the Nigerian government. They fight for incredulous things, that leave one at marvel, its everyone's right to fight for good pay and a better life in the long run, but has this increase in pay, in terms of improvement in salary or allocations, meant improvement in their dissipation of knowledge or a marginal rise in the standard of education in the country, or even translated into them becoming better teachers, better yet, this frequent call for strike from time immemorial has never softened the hearts of  government towards their plights, instead it has made them more dubious, less coherent, and any unspeakable lexicon which can be used to address leaders that cannot conform to agreements; yet can one just wipe off Asuu's resolve in indefinite strike as the only medium to hold the government at bay, if everyone were to go on strike at the government's unfulfilled promises, then everyone would be on strike, it isn't a fact that the Nigerian government is dubious, but asuu still fails to see a grander scheme of things; it's the norm, its what makes them (government)who they are.

Asuu needs to find other method of getting the Nigerian government to meet their demand rather than indefinite strike decrees, its unfair to the students whose interest they should also have in heart.
